We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in colour, texture, weight, or packaging may occur due to the natural nature of our products.

  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned during checkout.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • A cancellation charge of ₹50 will apply.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
  1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, returns are not accepted.

Replacement or refund is provided only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product is delivered.
  • Product is lost during shipment.

Customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery by emailing palmbasket10@gmail.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Delivery Address
  • Description of the issue
  • Complete unedited package opening video

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
