Shipping & Delivery

At Palm Basket, we carefully pack every order to ensure your traditional palm products reach you safely and fresh.

  • Tamil Nadu & Puducherry: Delivery within 2–3 business days after shipment.
  • Other States Across India: Delivery within 5–7 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or remote locations.

For remote or village locations that are difficult for courier partners to access, customers may be requested to collect their parcel from the nearest courier office.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

As Palm Basket deals with food products, returns are not accepted due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

However, we offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Product lost during transit
  • Wrong product delivered

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at palmbasket10@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your Order ID, Name, Delivery Address, Date of Delivery, and a clear description of the issue.
  • A complete unedited video of opening the package (without pause or cuts) is mandatory for damage claims.

Once your request is approved:

  • A replacement will be dispatched within 7 business days, or
  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • A cancellation fee of ₹50 will be deducted for eligible cancellations.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
